Description
PNSAL2 is synthetic polymer of polyethylene glycol and stearyl alcohol that acts as a surfactant and emulsifier in many cosmetic products. PNSAL2 as surfactant is used for skin and hair-cleaning purpose and as emulsifier and solubilizing agent in cosmetics and hair colorants.
